And in case you didn’t know… 83,641 happens to be prime too
Tada! I hope you enjoy it! (By the way, the file contains all but 4 of the prime numbers under 700,000. The last 4 are 699967, 699977, 699983 and 699991
Well, as Alexandr pointed out, some of the numbers in my list were not actually prime. It seems like a lot of multiples of 443 snuck through somehow.
Well I created a new script and came up with a list that I double-checked. This time I’m pretty sure of it.
So here is a list of the first 56,543 prime numbers (all the prime numbers under 700,000, and yes, 56,543 is also prime)
at least numbers bellow are not prime.
403573, 422179, 430153, 435469, 446987, 451417, 456733, 460277, 465593, 470909, 481541, 430127, 449573, 455129, 467167, 471797, 477353, 481057, 486613, 492169, 503281, 419983, 430037, 453041, 457531, 485791, 496759
Wow, you’re right! Several of them are multiples of 443! I must have had an error in my script somewhere. I’m going to rectify this immediately!
